DNA Genotek’s order fulfillment, or direct-to-donor services offer our customers the ability to leverage our established shipping and logistics expertise to deliver collection kits directly to their study participants or commercial clients. When combined with our professional customization services, this offers a full turnkey solution, enabling you to focus on building your business without having to worry about managing supply chain logistics (kitting, warehousing, inventory control and shipments).
Order fulfillment process:
Order placed
An online order is placed from your website requesting DNA or RNA collection device(s).
Order received
The order is received and processed in DNA Genotek’s fulfillment database (RESTful API). You have full access to the order data and will receive daily status updates.
Order shipped
The order is prepared and shipped from DNA Genotek’s fulfillment warehouse (to the donor’s home or physician’s office). Shipping and bar code information is tracked back to the API, maintaining traceability of the sample.
Sample(s) collected
Your donor collects their DNA or RNA sample (at home or in-clinic) and ships to your designated lab with the two-way mailer box provided (no cold chain required).
Sample(s) analyzed
Direct your microbiome samples to Diversigen's CLIA certified lab to take advantage of their expertise in sample processing, analysis and bioinformatics.
Private lab
Direct your samples to any lab of your preference.
