Tepnel Pharmaceutical Services to Offer DNA Genotek's Sample Collection Kit in its Nucleic Acid Extraction and Genotyping Service

DNA Genotek, a leading provider of products for biological sample collection, today announced that Tepnel Pharmaceutical Services will offer Oragene•DNA sample collection kits as part of its nucleic acid extraction and genotyping service. Tepnel Pharmaceutical Services can now offer full end-to-end service packages that combine DNA sample collection, extraction and genetic analysis from saliva.

The integration of Oragene•DNA into Tepnel Pharmaceutical Services' offering provides its clients access to easy, reliable and non-invasive self-collection of saliva samples. As part of this relationship, Tepnel Pharmaceutical Services has joined the DNA Genotek Partner Program. This means that Tepnel Pharmaceutical Services has validated Oragene•DNA kits for use within its nucleic acid extraction and genotyping service, which includes sample quantification and normalization; whole genome amplification; singleplex and array-based genotyping, expression analysis and sample archiving.
