OMNIgene™•SALIVA DNA and RNA | OMR-610
Set your multi-omic project up for success starting with the purpose-designed DNA and RNA sample collection device -- ideal for both host and microbial applications
The OMNIgene•SALIVA DNA and RNA device is validated for the self-collection of saliva and the stabilization of total nucleic acids. Single-sample analysis with a true multi-omic collection device sets a NEW benchmark for at-home collection of total nucleic acids from saliva.
Avoid the challenges of collecting and transporting multiple samples when you need to expand your research to include another analyte (DNA/RNA) or sample source (human/microbial). The OMNIgene•SALIVA DNA and RNA device brings together host genomics with the microbiome to support a multi-omic workflow by enabling scientists to extract both analytes (DNA and RNA) from a single sample.
Combining datasets from host genomics, metagenomics, transcriptomics, and metatranscriptomics can accelerate scientific insights and research discoveries. Don't wait any longer to start your multi-omic project. Order the OMNIgene•SALIVA DNA and RNA device today!
Future-proof your genomic and microbiome research today with a total nucleic acid collection and stabilization device

OMNIgene™ SALIVA DNA and RNA device user instructions for collection and stabilization of human and microbial DNA and RNA from saliva.
Accessories
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures
1 Based upon results from the Oragene™ •Dx human factors studies [K141410 and K192920]
2 To evaluate viral nucleic acids, samples were spiked with both a DNA virus and an RNA virus.
Nucleic acid extractions were performed at baseline (T0) and after > 21 days of storage (T21) followed by qPCR or RT-qPCR analysis using primers and/or probes specific for the representative gene targets. Data are presented as a scatter plot, where each point represents an extracted sample from one individual, with box plot overlay showing median and quartiles.
